Recently awarded Debut Album of the Year by the German Jazz Prize for his debut album Trippin, 'one of the most exciting drummers in town' Magro is now releasing his follow-up album 'II' featuring some very special guests.

Over the years, Magro has collaborated as a drummer and producer with some of the most exciting artists in Berlin. While tours and festival appearances including at jazzahead!, Avignon Jazz Festival, Zambian Women in Music Festival and Havana World Music Festival have taken him around the world.

Expect spacey jazz songs meeting Hip-Hop beats, live recordings mixing with abstract synth productions and musical influences like Herbie Hancock, J Dilla and Chris Dave combining to magnificent effect.
