Since moving to London after gaining a business degree in the South-West, 23-year-old Majime has cut her teeth on the underground scene, in both a duo and solo. Part of the Keeklo collective: a group of like-minded individuals playing summer-soaked grooves and rare finds, she has been able to craft a sound focusing on globe-trotting percussion mixed with disco, house and techno (her first love). As an aspiring professional dancer (house, commercial, hip-hop, jazz), she is able to use her own sense of tempo and groove to play diverse sets exploring the dimensions of sound and rhythm.
