For two decades, Glasgow based Martyn Henderson aka Mash has been djing, producing, writing, and broadcasting in the dance scene. Having previously released on labels like Southern Fried, Glasgow Underground and Dirt Crew, he has recently released for Toolroom, Optimo, Love & Other, Peppermint Jam, Piston, Poolside and Bulletdodge; finding support from Seth Troxler, Hot Since 82, Sasha, Groove Armada, Francois K, Gorgon City, Laurent Garnier, Duke Dumont and more.

He has forthcoming releases penned for Toolroom, Shomi, Bulletdodge and Love and Other.

Mash has recently shared the decks with Eats Everything, Pete Tong, Patrick Topping, Sonny Fodera, Rudimental, Green Velvet, Vitalic, Fat Boy Slim, Matthew Dear and Tiga amongst others. After a a radio career on Beat 106, Capital and XFM etc, he contributed to the celebrated ‘6 Mix’ series for BBC 6 Music, following in the footsteps of Groove Armada, Erol Alkan, and Andrew Weatherall. If that wasn’t enough, Mash is a respected journalist being the ‘House’ editor for the world’s biggest dance music magazine, Mixmag, and writes his weekly ‘Mash Hits’ column for the Sunday Mail.

He used to be half of Jengaheads (who had their remix of The Hi Fidelity played twice by John Peel.)
