Born in the 80s and brought up in the 90s, a soundtrack of synth-pop and early 90s house music was a consistent part of his formative years and has influenced him to this day.
Picking up his first set of decks aged 13, Mike started DJing toward the end of the UK's Jungle craze in the early 2000s, gradually moving toward the burgeoning sound of UK Garage and US house music. Countless hours of learning to produce his own tracks for his sets soon followed, and a love affair for all things audio was born.
A few years and various musical projects later, Mike is now fast becoming a go-to remixer and voice on UK Radio, having hosted shows on BBC Radio 1 and currently presenting The Capital Weekender with Ministry of Sound.
Touring for Ministry of Sound has seen Mike play a number high profile gigs across the UK and Europe with key festival dates in summer 2016, including Kendal Calling and Creamfields.
Mike is now the presenter of our Skiddle Clubs Radio Show which you can listen to at www.mixcloud.com/skiddle
