Nathan’s astonishing voice was recognised at the age of 3 years old as one day he randomly started singing along to his father playing the piano in his home one morning.
Since then he was encouraged to start singing in his local church and as his voice developed he was in full swing singing a variety of gospel songs around the UK that were taught to him by his family. Nathan joined the Manchester Boys Choir & Halle Orchestra between ages 10-11 years old, where he was able to explore his dulcet classical tones, and had the privileged to perform with the choir at Manchester’s prestigious ‘Bridgewater Hall’ where annual concerts were held.
Nathan’s choir directing skills began with his local church choir where he prepared and conducted them for church events.
Over the years Nathan continued to sing with rising UK gospel groups and solo artists around the country and looks forward to completing his own album soon.
Nathan joined MSOC (Manchester Sing Out Choir) where he met David and became a mentee under the leadership of Wayne Ellington and continued his training in Poland. This led on to him continuing work in other places around Europe, including becoming Sammy Davis Jr of the Rat Pack Party on a cruise ship tour.
During his connection with MSOC, his acclaimed appearances include the ‘Beijing Olympic Homecoming in Manchester 2008’, ‘Christmas Lights Switch On’ at the Manchester Town Hall and The Christmas Carol Program on stage at Manchester’s impressive Trafford Centre.
Whilst in MSOC Nathan & David became close friends and Nathan was invited to join D.T.W.G (Desire To Worship God) led by Sam Adebanjo and took part in the perfomance of their debut album launch which was later nominated for a MOBO Award.
Nathan’s faith enables him to sing the Gospel effortlessly and effectively. After hearing the soothing voice of this anointed young man, the hearts and minds of many people will be inspired and blessed.
