If ever there was a dream meant-to-be pairing it was when the colourful frontman of Petunia & The Vipers hooked up with renowned American old-time picker Nathan Godfrey.

The pair mine for nuggets from the US roots music back catalogue and present them as well-burnished golden treasures. It’s rare to see an act as mesmerising, authentic and engaging as Petunia and Nathan, and it makes for an unforgettable live performance.

Petunia’s voice is astonishing. His singing ranges from the most delicate you’ve ever heard to the most powerful, often within a single song. His multi-talented side-kick, joins him on vocals and resonator guitar, mandolin or banjo, and is recognised as one of Canada’s leading old-time performers.
