Ninth Gate are a covers band from South Wales. We play a mix of classic and modern soul and rock and like to throw the odd toe-tapper in there for good measure...

Founded in 2009 and with the original line up, Ninth Gate are made up of Tom, Chris, Adam & Owen who together have over 40 years of performing as hobby and proffesional musicians, touring and recording throughout the UK, Europe & North America.

We have a strong events planning background and pride ourselves on being more than just a band that simply turns up on the night. For private hire, such as weddings, birthdays and corporate functions, we will happily work closely with you to plan the entertainment for the event and tailor a set list to your taste.

We also happily provide additional music before and after sets that either works as background music, to hide those awkward silences! Or, a full disco and lights show. We find a lot of people like this flexibility as it saves the hassle of having to hire a second person with lots more gear and additional costs. All of our gear is already set up!
