Biography

What do you get when you give a kid Led Zeppelin records to play with, mix it with racing cars and a father intent on BBQing meat on a Sunday come rain or shine?

Jay Stryczek. A man with a clear Multiple Personality Disorder.

One day he’s sober and serious as a judge working on and driving his muscle cars.

The next he’s got a Les Paul in hand, Marshall turned to 11 and a Gin and tonic usually poured with little to no tonic and not a care in the world.

“Why waste good gin by watering it down right?”

Out Of Exile’s axe slinger is back in full swing and seemingly loving every minute of it.

Still living by the mantle of “Fast and Loud” in everything he does, We’re not sure if he’s going to live forever or vanish in puff of green smoke on stage due to self imploding?

All we know is the riffs are mean and with good old classic Solo’s (which in his book, have never gone out of fashion), mixed with the relentlessly solid rhythm section and entertaining and charismatic front man make for a fabulous mix in which Jay is simply flourishing.

It’s great to see Jay back on the scene and kicking ass like never before.
