It was in the underground forest doofs and festivals like Boom during the 90s in Portugal where PsyUbik began to develop his taste for this mind-blowing music. Later inspired by the pulse of psychedelic free rave culture in Scotland he mastered how to play/pause a track and started bashing out the tunes in all sort of crazy venues causing a change in consciousness on the fluorgreen dance floor.

Promoting Psychedelia in Scotland since 2004 as part of Planet Monkey Crew (Edinburgh), PsyUbik always put on a sharp and versatile performance while playing mind bending psy with dirty beats and heavy bass lines. He loves the underground scene and his sets are a trippy journey through a full spectrum of psychedelic sounds. He is also one of the organisers and resident DJ at Cosmic, longest running psytrance clubnight in Edinburgh.
