Ray Harris is from Glasgow Scotland. A graduate of The National Jazz Institue Harris' music is a blend of Acid Jazz, Soul, Latin & Disco.

Influences of Harris include The Doors, Tom Moulton John Lennon, Blue Note artists from the 60s & 70s & classic bands such as Pink Floyd, The Beatles.

Originally Harris toured and released under the name Ray Harris & The Fusion Experience a name created by P-Vine Records Japan although subsequently years later Harris dropped The Fusion Experience name to just Ray Harris.

Previous support act to The godfather of soul James Brown, The Average White Band, Denys Baptiste Harris has extensively toured The UK, Europe & South East Asia.
