ROB COCKERTON may not be a name synonymous with the heroes of house & techno, but he certainly has more than his fair share of votes coming in from loyal fans & world-class DJ’s, the UK-based DJ and Producer has been explicitly impressing the masses for over 27 years. Named by NIC FANCIULLI as the man that introduced him to DJ’ing, and showed him the ropes, Rob has been making music and playing shows since the late 80s and has an impressive band of followers around the world.

Rob’s DJ career has taken him to all corners of the globe, and seen him billed alongside the likes of JORIS VOORN, ADAM BEYER, CARL CRAIG, GUY GERBER, LUCIANO, JAMIE JONES, LOCO DICE and many, many more. His production career is just as impressive, his ‘Girls & Boys’ release on SAVED RECORDS made waves throughout the underground, being dropped by everyone from MARCO CAROLA to CARL COX across all avenues of the world, and was heard at every major clubbing event since its inception in 2014.

More recently Rob has compiled a 3-track EP for Riva Starr’s much lauded Snatch! imprint, his GROOVEMENT EP firmly set Rob’s place in the history books.

His genuine love for House & Techno, and his extensive knowledge of the scene are what’s kept him afloat all these years, and a residency just announced with London’s Abode club night & music forthcoming in 2016 its set to be a great year, the Kent-born master is now more relevant than ever, and it shows.
