Rock Bottom Risers are inspired by corduroy, velvet and waistcoats. The quintet from Keighley, West Yorkshire are self-confessed harmonica, cowbell & clapping enthusiasts, offering a fresh take on British rock in the broadest of Yorkshire accents.
Formed in 2012 by five school mates, Rock Bottom Risers count Bob Dylan, Rolling Stones and Johnny Cash among their biggest influences. With support from ‘The Dermot O'Leary Show’ on BBC Radio 2 and BBC Introducing team, the band have played Beatherder Festival, Lichfield Fuse Festival and Bingley Music Live!
With three self-released EPs under their belt, and two more released via The Animal Farm, the band will continue to release new material in 2018.
