Sacha was born and grew up in New Caledonia in a multicultural family, with a father with parents from Wallis and Tonga islands and a mother from France. The artist has always felt "in between": from exotic cultures from the South Pacific to European cultures, between Nature which is ever-present on his native island and big modern cities, lving on a French island by English-speaking countries such as Australia and New Zealand. The musician infuses these dualities into his creations: a cross between acoustic and electronic instruments, where traditional singing and percussion live along synthesizer and destructured beats, forming a world where the singer lays his vocals. It is also very present in his lyrics, where the New Caledonian artist questions his place in the island's society, his relationship to Nature and to mankind.

Sacha est né et a grandi en Nouvelle-Calédonie dans une famille multiculturelle, d'un père wallisien-tongien et d'une mère européenne. Le musicien a toujours navigué entre deux eaux : baigné dans les cultures Océaniennes mais également fortement influencé par les cultures contemporaines, entre la nature luxuriante de son île natale et les mégalopoles du monde moderne. Cette dualité transparaît dans sa musique où instruments et percussions électroniques côtoient sons de musique traditionnelle Kanak et parties orchestrales. Sur ce canevas, Sacha vient poser sa voix et ses paroles, s'interroger sur sa place dans la société néo-calédonienne, et plus globalement dans le monde de demain.
