Sasha is 23 and from South London. From a young age he has played written and performed, continually gigged across a network of acoustically and folk driven nights, often sharing the stage with the younger versions of current acts such as Zoo Kid/ King Krule and Misty Miller. Sasha’s influences have grown from figures such as John Martyn and Tom Waits, to a much darker and blues driven sound with inspiration from artists such as Howling Wolf and Screamin Jay Hawkins. His powerful voice and mysterious demina lend to some very atmospheric performance’s, with a feeling of a world weary man old before his time.
