Savage Island are a group from the Future born of the raw, high energy and exotic sounds of the past.

It is dance music – loud, dynamic, seductive and strong, with trumpet, sax, guitar and bass blasting out a runaway rollercoaster of sound.

2013 saw the release of the 6-piece band’s self titled debut album on double LP and CD. Over the past three years of the band’s existence these songs have been evolving on the live stage, from the cellar bars of Norwich to vibrant club nights around the country. And even as they have been captured in as full an energy as it is possible to transcribe to disc, the live show continues to evolve and push in bold new directions as a living entity.
