Sebastian Schmidt is a Manchester based electronic musician, influenced by the likes of Autechre, Aphex Twin and Four Tet. His music draws upon idioms of classic rave music and techno, but often forays into areas of ambience and experimentalism. Sebastian studied an Undergraduate degree in Music at the University of Manchester and is currently following this with a Masters course at the same school. While studying for his Undergraduate degree, Sebastian released ‘V3’, his debut album, which he hopes to follow up in the near future.
