Shooting Pigeons: a four piece alternative band whose sound can be described as “Joy Division fighting Pink Floyd, umpired by the Ramones”. Manchester locals, their well-received 1st EP 'City of Peace' drew attention from local radio and promotors, securing them a place on the local gig circuit, allowing them to showcase their unique, honest and original musical offerings.
Their second EP 'Building Romans' is due for release on the 24th February 2014, and is a step forward technically and creatively. The band build upon their musical strengths to create a more considered and diverse second offering, showing influences from Pavement to Curtis Mayfield, reflecting the band-members wide musical backgrounds.
