South Central formed late 2006 hitting the ground running with a series of 12" bootlegs and a rapid succession of remixes for the likes of Metronomy, Klaxons and The Whip; becoming defacto remixers of the blogosphere whilst gaining regular airplay from the likes of Eddie Temple Morris, John Kennedy, Annie Mac and Pete Tong. Soon their own material was in demand with each new track they produced being snatched up and released by labels as diverse as Young Turks/XL to EMI's Regal imprint.
