Paul and Steven Herron, being actual brothers, have played and sang together for a little while now…
Up until 2014 they fronted Derby’s The Sons, releasing three studio albums and enjoying moderate success touring the UK and continental Europe over a five year period.
In that time, during a break in band related work, the brothers retired to the studio, and, enlisting the help of then Sons Drummer Roger Millichamp, created what was to become the first Herron Brothers album, 'A Lovely Spread'.
Up until recently, 'A Lovely Spread' (now remastered and re-released in a rather quirky new packaging) had never been played live in the way nature had intended, but now, with their number bolstered by drummer/vocalist Ben Haynes and bassist/vocalist Rich Wilson, The Herron Brothers are proud to bring you not only that experience, but also their latest EP, 'HEED', containing four harmony laden succulent new songs.
'HEED' carries on the song writing journey for Paul and Steven, whose simple plan is now to play to as many people as possible.
The follow up to 'HEED' is entitled 'SHOULDERS' and is currently being mixed. We will all have 'SHOULDERS' in late June/early July 2016
