The Labyrinth Quartet was originally formed in 2007 under the name “Tyrant” by four young musicians and first year students who met at the Birmingham Conservatoire. Their names: • Joseph F Howell – Guitars and Effects

• Toby Boalch – Fender Rhodes and Synths

• Tom Moore – Bass

• JJ Wheeler – Drums The Labyrinth Quartet have been playing together for 3 years now, almost exclusively focussing on original tunes. The group regularly performs in the Midlands area, focusing on venues in the city of Birmingham.
