There are two bands that are called The Picts. 1. A punk rock band from Louisiana. (1995-2005)

"the picts started with jim in 1995. having been a singer in several different bands with which he was unhappy, jim decided to form his own band in which he would be the primary songwriter. karla jointed within the month, and the two decided to move to houston to get the picts going. they lived there for a couple of years going through a couple of guitar players.
