Hailing from Canterbury and the Medway Towns, Wheels are a three piece indie folk trio singing songs and telling tales of the general confusion and disorientation that we know as modern life. Friends and foes, worries and woes. Soaring highs, and the seemingly unavoidable lows. Having been through various permutations, from a duo, growing into a "prog-math-folk" five piece, the current lineup of Rew Oates, Neil Sullivan and Didi Bergman, have settled on a lo-fi, chilled and dreamy vibe. Expect floaty fingerpicking, luscious leads, haunting harmonies and transfixing tenor recorder. Put simply, it's a way to swing and sway through these disconcerting days!
