Whiplicker emerge from the engine room of the three members previous band, Pensevor, to continue exploring bleak vistas of crippling doom metal, consciousness-smearing bursts of apocalyptic chaos and regressive hardcore jams. Simultaneously following, destroying and reinventing heavy music archetypes, often within the same song, Whiplicker succeed in reaching the infinite, whilst some bands are more concerned with transient fads and regurgitating decades-old ideas.
