William is a songwriter, musician, artist and writer, now based in Brooklyn, NY. William McCarthy came to prominence working in the Brooklyn based indie rock band Augustines. Following the bands split, McCarthy now embarks on his solo career.
Having fronted US bands Pela and Augustines, William is now exploring his career as a solo performer as well as working on his first book.
His first solo album, Shelter, was released in 2017 and is available to purchase on iTunes and Google Play.
