XIII is a thrash metal band from Hull, the forgotten region of the Humber. Bringing an authentic honesty to an industry that all too often overlooks quality in favour of a quick buck and broken dreams.

Not a band to follow the rage, but not without their influences, "We'll write a gospel album if we feel like it."

Influences of the riff lords such as Metallica, Crowbar, The Haunted, Clutch and Machine Head, and the country gods such as Johnny Cash and Hank Williams have secured XIII gigs around their home country, playing with the new breed of metal giants.
