About

Born of the voices of past lives and baptized in the dust bowl dirt, the Gothic Americana music of Heathen Apostles harks to a bygone chapter of American history,  With influences ranging from Bauhaus, Nick Cave and the Pogues, to Bessie Smith, Loretta Lynn and Howlin' Wolf, the Heathen Apostles have created a style that imagines both angels and demons and will enlighten a darkened soul.

Featuring Chopper Franklin (The Cramps), Mather Louth (Radio Noir) plus Thomas Lorioux and Luis Mascaro, Heathen Apostles have released 6 albums, from Boot Hill Hymnal in 2013, to Bloodgrass Vol 3&4 in 2023.

They are joined by Message From The Ravens, with their glorious mix of sea shanties, southern gothic ballads, haunting indie folk, and full on feminist sass.
