Thistle is the new moniker for the Northampton shoegazing indie-punk band formerly known as Tragic. Their music is a conduit for the reflective, longing lyrics of principal writer and vocalist Cameron Godfrey (aka Potwash).

The debut Thistle EP ‘Lomochrome’ is comprised of droning guitars, driving bass, oscillating drums, and other harsh noises. 

Their live show continues the tradition of the Tragic spectacle of intense passion and hardcore feelings. You’ll never forget a Thistle live show.

Bristol's HAAL announce their debut EP, 'Back To Shilmarine' out 10th May via imprint Babka Records. The first single ‘Platform 1, 18:19' is out now.

‘Back To Shilmarine’ celebrates the culmination of all of their artistic touchstones into one honed vision. Exploring ideas of despair, cosmic revelation and personal inquiry, the EP draws inspiration from a myriad of artistic mediums, whether that’s introspective musings by 19th century poets, video game narratives or short stories written by friends of the band.
