Master Hypnotherapist & Psychotherapist Sarah is the owner of Exhale Hypnotherapy in Barton Under Needwood. Specializing in anxiety, Sarah works in a non-invasive solution focused way to support those who are struggling with confidence and mental wellbeing. She is passionate about educating our community on why our brains respond in the way that they do and how we can overcome anything that is holding us back.
Nicola Clark Personal Trainer
Nicola has been working as a personal trainer for over 6 years. She specialises in supporting people who are not naturally into fitness and working out, finding their own route to achieve their fitness goals, however that might look for them.
She is passionate about nutrition and has helped many people to improve their relationship with food, moving away from dieting and calorie counting.
Although in her previous life she worked in an office environment in financial services, she has brought years of experience in supporting individuals through significant life changes. She has also understood the challenges of living with poor mental health both in her personal experiences and as a qualified MH first aider.
For Nicola, she sees this career as a passion rather than a job, and looks forward to meeting you!
