Enjoyed the night with friends, the meal before hand was great. It was the first time we've been to this event and will definitely be going again next year, might even enter, well done to everyone who organised the event, enjoyed it.

So lucky to have these events close to where I live. It was a joy from beginning to end. Jim Pearson is one of the most talented singer songwriters I've encountered. He tackles subjects which aren't run of the mill. He has the rare ability to deliver songs which come from his heart all wrapped up in his considerable musical talent. I've heard the raw acoustic version, just him, his voice and his guitar and it's phenomenal. The man is mesmerising. Long may he continue to create these amazing songs.

The ten finalists for the Liverpool Acoustic Songwriting Challenge 2024 will each perform their song at LEAF on Bold St with a photo of the work of art that inspired it projected onto the screen for everyone to see. At the end of the night the audience will vote for the winner of the Audience Favourite Award, and the Judges' Award Winner will then be announced.
