Panic Bear is a dynamic acid jazz and funk ensemble from Birmingham, delivering an infectious blend of original compositions driven by groove and melody. With a distinctive three-horn lineup and no vocalist, our sound is rooted in the rich traditions of funk and acid jazz, drawing heavy inspiration from iconic acts like Jamiroquai and Incognito. Our performances have already started to turn heads with their high-energy jams and intricate horn arrangements, creating an unforgettable atmosphere of rhythm, soul, and funky grooves!
