Beyond Festival is located at Abbey Park in Leicester.

Yes you must be 18 or over to attend Beyond Festival. You will be asked to show photo ID - no ID, no entry. As with any bar or nightclub, if you look under 25 then we cannot guarantee entry with no ID. Attend at your own risk.

The festival operates a Challenge 25 policy for entry to the festival and at all our bars. If security or bar staff think you might be under 25 they are obliged to ask for proof of age.

 

No, physical ID must be shown.

 

For the safety of our customers and our staff, everyone will be searched prior to entry.

 

Please come as early as you can. Queues will take considerably longer during peak times. Gates open at 11am.

 

Last entry to Beyond Festival will be 4pm.

Once you leave you will not be allowed back in again.

 

Food or drinks of any type, Glass, Mirrors, Drugs, Legal highs, Legal highs, No aerosols, sprays or pressurised containers, Drones, Perfumes or aftershaves, Bicycles, Flares or fireworks, Stereo systems, Portable laser equipment and pens, Air horns, Large bags (anything over the size of an a4 piece of paper).

 

You may bring sun cream as long as it is 50ml or less.

Unfortunately we can’t issue you with a refund if you can’t make the event due to work commitments or your mates have dropped out. In these circumstances, we advise passing on your tickets privately to avoid losing out on the money spent. Refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed, as agreed upon purchase.

You cannot purchase on the door, however you can buy on the Skiddle website throughout the day until doors close at 4PM (unless the event sells out beforehand – we strongly recommend buying tickets well in advance to avoid disappointment)

 

Yes, but you need to buy your festival and queue jump ticket separately.

 

You can use your phone. Please make sure you download or screenshot the the QR code before you leave for the festival, in case there is no signal.

 

No, Beyond Festival is a non-camping festival so camping equipment is not needed.

Leicester St Margaret’s Bus & Coach Station is the nearest bus and coach station. From there it is a 15 minute walk. If you are travelling from another city, this is the closest public transport station.

Leicester Central is the nearest train station. From there it is a 20 minute walk.

There is no car parking associated with our festival site. You’ll need to find nearby street parking or city centre car parks.

 

The official drop off and taxi point is the B&M car park, LE4 6AR. From there it is a short 5 minute walk.

The festival entrance is roughly 20 minutes walk from the city centre.

 

There is nowhere to secure cycles at the festival entrance.
