Review of In the Park Festival 

Great atmosphere just a shame about the drink prices, if you had given away water I think people would not care but you were charging Â£2 A bottle 

The main problem was that the bands played in tents.  You expect at a music festival to be chilling on the grass while watching the acts but you had to leave your position and stand in a boiling hot tent to watch all of the acts.  The venue was far too small as if you were in the middle you could hear both of the bands playing.  The bands started off really impressive and got worse as the day went on.  Marc Almond only played 2 of his original hits!!!  The price of a bottle of c**e was £4 - extortionate.  Then when more people arrived they decided to half the price but we had already paid £4 for a few hours.  Needs a lot of things changing before I return.

Easy venue and relaxed atmosphere with a good variety of music made this a very enjoyable day

Loverly atmosphere. No queues. Great view of the bands. Fantastic day.
