2020 Statement

Dear Love Family,

we hope that you are all well. With this week's decision by the federal government on the corona pandemic, major events in Germany are prohibited until August 31, 2020. This decision is the only right one and many of you have probably already expected it. Health and safety always come first. Nevertheless, everything changes for some people.

Not having events means more than just cultural loss. These are very difficult times for the diverse professions in the industry: sound technicians, VJs, stage hands, tour managers, artists, bar staff and many more face existential questions. It is not only for us that life and its maintenance revolve around music. We have to stick together now. As a music lover, as an industry and as a scene.

Our entire team has worked intensively on the Love Family Park in the past few months. We are all the more disappointed that we cannot celebrate with you this year. This message hits us emotionally and financially hard and must first be processed by us.

We will contact you as soon as possible regarding the options for your purchased tickets. We ask you to be patient. Please understand that we cannot make any binding statements before. We thank you for your trust in this unprecedented situation for all of us.

We will always remember this year - the quietest summer in our history. Yes, there have been years without the Love Family Park. But a whole summer without dancing together, partying with friends and festival weekends will leave its mark.
