Octoberfest

The Octoberfest Festival will be held on the 24th 25th 26th and 27th October 2024.

Octoberfest takes place at Sticklebarn in Ambleside: Sticklebarn, Great Langdale, Ambleside, Cumbria, LA22 9JU

No, there are no age restrictions at Octoberfest.

Octoberfest opening times are as follows:

Doors 12pm – 11pm

Workshops 12pm – 2pm

Weekend tickets –

£30 +bf full weekend event ticket

Camping, travel and vehicle passes to be booked additionally.

If you are a resident living in the Langdale Valley you can apply for free guest list tickets by emailing residents@octoberfestlangdale.com please attach a utility bill or proof of address and household allocation.

Lake District coach transfers linking the festival with towns and villages across the region.

Pick up times and locations. £20 +bf per day return

Kendal 10:45am – Windermere 11:15am – Bowness Pier 11:20am – Ambleside 11:40am - Langdale 12:00pm

Keswick 10:45am – Grasmere 11:25am – Ambleside 11:40am – Langdale 12:00pm

Barrow 10:05am – Ulverston 10:30am – Coniston 11:20am – Langdale 12:00pm

Note all pick ups locations are from main bus stations except Bowness Pier*

There is parking available at Octoberfest, but you will need to purchase a car park pass.
