No, the only animals permitted onsite are registered assistance dogs.

Yes, but you cannot use it for commercial use unless you obtain permission prior to the event.

Unfortunately we can’t issue you with a refund if you can’t make the event due to work commitments or your mates have dropped out. In these circumstances, we advise passing on your tickets privately to avoid losing out on the money spent. Refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed, as agreed upon purchase.

By Car: If you’re driving to the event, we would suggest parking in Mote Park’s overflow car park, which Is situated 200m from the event’s main entrance. You can also park in one of the many local car parks. Please note, we strongly advise that you do not park in and around residential areas surrounding the park and doing so will run the risk of you receiving a parking ticket. 

By Train: 

Maidstone West Station – 1.3 miles from Mote Park 

Maidstone Barracks Station – 1.7 miles from Mote Park 

Maidstone East Station – 1.4 miles from Mote Park

By Bus: The Mall Bus Station is located approximately one mile from Mote Park. 

No, Oktoberfest Kent is a non-camping festival so camping equipment is not needed. 

Yes, disabled customers are required to purchase a ticket and then send the confirmation, as well as a photo/copy of their DLA/PIP letter, via the chat feature at www.parklivekent.com. They will then process the documents and provide a carer ticket free of charge. 

Yes, there will be numerous disabled toilets on site.

Oktoberfest Kent is fully wheelchair accessible.

Unfortunately there will not be a specific disabled viewing area, however please show your blue badge upon arrival and the marshals will do their best to locate you as close to the stage as possible.

Yes, there will be parking available for disabled customers in Mote Park’s over-flow car park.
