Rock The Park returns for chapter five from 1st to 5th August 2024!
This event will feature original dance artists on the Friday and original Rock & Pop headliners on the Saturday & Sunday supported by world class tributes and local artists.
Rock the Park is a family friendly music festival based in Wrexham, north Wales.
The festival features a huge fairground, festival village with lots of stalls and food vendors selling a variety of world foods, lager & cider bars, wine & cocktail bars! There are also camping facilities available. Under 12s also go FREE in 2024!

What happens if I bought a ticket and cannot attend?
Unfortunately we can’t issue you with a refund if you can’t make the event due to work commitments or your mates have dropped out. In these circumstances, we advise passing on your tickets privately to avoid losing out on the money spent. Refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed, as agreed upon purchase.
What are the ticket types for Rock The Park?
Tickets for Rock the Park will be split by age. Adult, Teen & Child tickets. Please select the age ticket that will apply on the date of the festival. (eg. if a person is 12 now, they may be 13 at the time of the festival).
The tickets will also be split into categories (see below).
What does a Day Ticket for Rock The Park include?
Day tickets grant access to the festival on the selected day only.
It does not include access to camping or VIP areas.
What does a Weekend (No Camping) Ticket for Rock The Park include?
Weekend (No Camping) tickets grant access to the festival on every day of the festival only. You will be required to leave at the end of the day and return the next day.
It does not include access to camping or VIP areas.
What does a Weekend & Camping (Tent) Ticket for Rock The Park include?
Weekend & Camping (Tent) tickets grant access to the festival on the every day of the festival and the tented camping field. Each person camping will need a ticket.
It does not include access to VIP areas. Electrical Hook Up is not available for tented camping.
What does a Weekend & Camping (Motorhome) Ticket for Rock The Park include?
Weekend & Camping (Motorhome) tickets grant access to the festival on the every day of the festival and the motorhome and caravan camping field. Each person camping will need a ticket.
It does not include access to VIP areas. Electricity Hook-Up is unavailable for 2024.
IMPORTANT: YOU MUST ALSO PURCHASE A MOTORHOME PASS IN ADDITION TO THIS TICKET. (1 PER MOTORHOME)
What does a VIP Ticket for Rock The Park include?
VIP tickets grant access to the festival on the selected day on the ticket only.
It will grant you access to the Exclusive VIP areas, VIP Only Posh Toilets, Exclusive VIP Bar & will allow you to jump the queue to enter the festival.
It does not include access to camping areas.

How much are tickets for Under 12s for Rock The Park?
Under 12s can attend for free! Simply purchase a free ticket from the tickets page.
Any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult 18+
Rock the Park does not take responsibility for the supervision of children.
Where can I find my Rock The Park tickets?
All tickets are paperless and will be sent straight to your email address.

Fraud and scam prevention
Beware of unauthorised ticket agents and listings.
The only way to be sure you are getting a legitimate ticket is to buy directly on the tickets page.
Tickets will not be available to purchase on the gate.
We regularly monitor the internet and do what we can to prevent fraudulent activity but the best way to prevent fraud is to not risk buying from unauthorised sources.
If you think you have been the victim of a ticket scam please report it to Action Fraud.
Blue Badge Parking at Rock The Park
There is blue badge parking available in the main car park close to the festival entrance.
Show your blue badge as you enter the car park and the stewards will direct you where to park.
Accessible Toilets at Rock The Park
There will be a large amount of toilets on site including larger disabled toilets. The toilet areas are well distributed, easy to reach for everyone and are cleaned several times a day.
Sensory Warnings at Rock The Park
Flashing lights, strobe lights, lasers, haze, smoke, live flames and fireworks will all be used at the festival. If you are affected by any of these, please bare this in mind.
Can I bring my medication to Rock The Park?
If you need to bring medication with you to the festival, please bring a doctors note or prescription and show it to staff upon entry.
Ground conditions/weather at Rock The Park
The festival takes place outdoors on farmland used for grazing. It is generally level but may be uneven in some places.
If it rains some parts of the site could become muddy or water-logged, and may be difficult to navigate around.
Medical and welfare at Rock The Park
Medical and Welfare Facilities are available 24 hours and can be located in the Arena and Campsites (clearly signposted). Doctors, paramedics, first aiders and fully equipped ambulances are based at all our medical facilities.
Security and stewards at Rock The Mote
There will be a large visual presence of security and festival staff in the main festival site, camp site & car parks. If you are unwell or require any assistance, advice or information speak to a member of the staff or security team an they will do their best to help you.

The festival operates a challenge 25 policy across all of its bars and shops and will accept the following ID:
- Bank Card used to purchase tickets
(for entry to the festival only, this will not be accepted as proof of age)
- Full Driving Licence / Provisional Driving Licence
- Passport

Legally there is no automatic right to be served alcohol. Service is always at the discretion of the bar staff for whatever reason they decide, and they are under no obligation to explain the reason.

All persons entering the festival (ticket holders, staff, guests, press, media) will be subject to a search by a trained or approved member of security or staff.

Any person found to be in possession of any prohibited items will be evicted from the festival site (at the discretion of security staff) and may face prosecution.
Any prohibited items will be confiscated by staff and will be removed from the site by the relevant authorities to be destroyed. Prohibited items will not be stored on site.
Confiscated items are not eligible to be reclaimed after the festival.
Management, security & police services reserve the right to refuse or confiscate any item not detailed above that they deem inappropriate or dangerous to bring in to the festival.
Leaving and re-entering Rock The Park
There is a strict no re-entry policy in place at Rock the Park. If you leave the festival site, you will be refused re-entry.
Camping attendees can go back and forth to camp sites at their leisure.
Will I be able to charge my phone at Rock The Park?
Phone charging stations will be available in the Festival Shop.
Will there be a shop at Rock The Park and what payment methods can I use?
The festival shop will sell all of your festival essentials, snacks, camping equipment and will contain multiple phone charging stations.
Most vendors will accept both cash and card.
The bars do not run a token system and will also accept cash & card.
There are no cash machines on site.
