Sunset Groove Festival

Sunset Groove takes place Friday 20th - Saturday 21st June, 2025.

Sunset Groove is held at Thorpe Meadows in Scunthorpe.

Absolutely, you're free to dip in and out of the festival fun! Upon your initial entrance, Sunset Groove will jazz up your festival vibe with a ticket scan and a nifty wristband that's your all-access pass. Flash that wristband at the gate, and voilà – you're free to venture out and return at your leisure (within reason, of course).

Keep the party spirits high, but remember, no sneaky sips outside the entrance. And, when you bounce back in, a quick security check awaits to keep things grooving smoothly.

Feel free to bring along a sealed 500ml water bottle to Sunset Groove for that instant hydration boost.

However, there's a "no-food-and-drink policy" at the gate. But don't worry, the friendly security team is there to ensure everyone's safety. They'll give you the VIP treatment with a quick bag check every time you stroll through the festival gateway.

Sunset Groove's fully stocked, licensed bars have an array of chilled alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. Because they understand that your drink is more than a beverage - it's a crucial element of your unforgettable experience.

From sizzling pizzas and mouthwatering burgers to savory hog roasts and an array of street food delights, Sunset Groove is a feast for the senses.

Please keep in mind that each festival brings its own culinary surprises. Don't expect the same menu at every event! While our food traders aim to cater to various preferences, it's wise not to assume they can cover all special dietary needs, lifestyle choices (like veganism), or address allergies or food intolerances.

Sunset Groove tickets are hosted on Skiddle. Upon purchasing a ticket, we will send your tickets to you via email. These specially designed emails will include a unique link for downloading an eTicket PDF file, containing a single A4 ticket page for each purchased ticket. We encourage you to print the A4 tickets for distribution to each person, facilitating individual entries at different times during the festival. In the event printing is not feasible, presenting the eTickets on your phone is acceptable for entry, provided all individuals with tickets on your phone are present.

Tickets can also be viewed by downloading the Skiddle App, which is more convenient for you!

Following receipt of your eTicket email, it becomes your responsibility to safeguard it. If you download the eTicket PDF to your device, take measures to prevent unauthorized copying or theft. For printed A4 tickets, ensure they are securely retained to prevent loss.

The only way to transfer a ticket to someone else would be the skiddle "re:sell" feature which you can find on your ticket confirmation. For more information, visit the skiddle help page.

One of the great features of our service is the transfer ticket feature. This allows your customers to purchase tickets and give them to a friend or a loved one. So how do you transfer a ticket?

1. Once a customer purchases a ticket, they will receive a ticket notification email with the link to access their ticket. 

2. When they click on View your ticket, they will be sent to their ticket page.

3. To transfer the ticket they can just enter the name and email address of the person to whom the ticket will be transferred then click on "Update Ticket Details."

4. Once the customer clicks on Update Ticket Details the ticket will show that it is no longer valid showing the email address where the ticket was transferred to and when it was transferred. 

Subsequently, an email containing the ticket details will be sent to the individual receiving the transferred ticket.
