The K-Pop Festival

The K-Pop Festival will take place on a date TBC.

The K-Pop Festival will be held at a yet to be confirmed location.

Please note, The K-Pop festival is a family event and everyone attending will require a ticket. This event is valid for all ages.

Under 18’s must be accompanied by a Ticket Holder aged 18 or over (You may require ID for proof of age to gain entry).

The following forms of ID will be accepted:

• Your current passport (no photocopies)
• Your UK Driver’s Licence or Provisional Licence
• A Proof of Age Card bearing a PASS hologram (please refer to pass-scheme)
• A CitizenCard
• Oyster Photocard
• NUS Card
• A National Identity Card

Please note we cannot accept other forms of ID.  Photos or photocopies do not count as valid forms of ID

All set times can be found on The K-Pop Festival website which will be made available shortly before the festival. This is so you can stay up to date with any changes which may occur.

Please bring a bag no bigger than A4 size. Large bags will not be allowed into the Festival.

Once you reach the search lanes you cannot take in any food or drink apart from one empty bottle to fill at our water taps. There is a wide range of delicious food and drinks stalls within the festival.

The same regulations apply at The K-Pop Festival as in the rest of the country. You can smoke in the open air but not inside big tops and tents. Look out for the ‘No Smoking’ signs.

No pets are allowed within the event site. Assistance Dogs, however, will be permitted.

No, there is no re-entry into the festival whatsoever.

Unfortunately we can’t issue you with a refund if you can’t make the event due to work commitments or your mates have dropped out. In these circumstances, we advise passing on your tickets privately to avoid losing out on the money spent. Refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed, as agreed upon purchase.

Please get down as early as possible when picking up your tickets to avoid queues.

Make sure to check your emails and junk folder.

You must have your ticket barcode ready to be scanned on entry. Please download it before getting to the park. If you still can’t find your ticket, please contact your ticket provider.

Mobile tickets will be delivered at the time of purchase via your email address. For the unlikely reason, they still haven’t arrived up to 3 days before the event, please get in touch with your ticket provider.

The K-Pop Festival takes place in Barnet Playing Fields located in North London.

There is no public car parking at The K-Pop Festival.

There will be road closures in place around the event so pickups and drop-offs will be limited.

To avoid delays, please use public transport where possible.

The K-Pop Festival is a 10-15 mins walk from Totteridge & Whetstone Underground Station on the Northern Line.

Totteridge & Whetstone Underground Station is the designated underground station for the event.

Please note there is no parking at the event or on roads surrounding Barnet Playing Fields.

Nearest Tube Station:

Totteridge & Whetstone – Northern Line (10-minute walk to the site)

Scheduled bus services and routes will be disrupted in the area around the park.

Customers are advised to look for alternative methods of transport when leaving the festival.
