Are disabled tickets required?
Yes, disabled customers are required to purchase a ticket and then send the confirmation, as well as a photo/copy of their DLA/PIP letter to the festival
directly via their chat feature at www.parklivekent.com. They will then process the documents and provide them with a carer ticket free of charge.
Will there be disabled toilets?
Yes, there will be a variety of toilets from disabled to standard portaloos. These will be monitored throughout the event to ensure they are as clean as possible.
What is accessibility like?
The event is fully wheelchair accessible.
Will there be a disabled viewing area?
Unfortunately there will not be a specific disabled viewing area, however please show your blue badge upon arrival and our marshals will do their best to locate you as close to the stage as possible.
Is there disabled parking?
There will be parking available for disabled customers in Mote Park’s over-flow car park.
