My second visit to this venue. i like the idea of music through the car radio, but I was disappointed that it was mono. As it's FM it could be stereo. I used the bluetooth system as well which did improve the quality.

Film over an hour late starting, no traffic management or apology from event staff. Toilets disgusting and not for the first time! We went last week too and they were equally as grim then too.

We couldnÃ¢Â€Â™t even watch the film as we waiting half an hour after the start time for it to come on and it was so pixelated we couldnÃ¢Â€Â™t even see so just drove home biggest waste of money 

Was really good other than the 45 minute delay with no communication into the technical issues so that was poor and made us late. 

We loved it.

Toilets were awful though.

Lack of toilet paper, blocked, no door locks and no water to wash hands afterwards.

The toilets were absolutely DISGUSTING. They obviously hadnÃ¢Â€Â™t been cleaned, every loo was full and unflushed, the door didnÃ¢Â€Â™t lock, no running water. Really dirty and horrible.  And the wrong film started playing (Frozen instead of Frozen 2).  But the man changed it but it did mean everything started 25 mins late. So when we tried to leave we were blocked in by traffic trying to get in for the next performance.   He did give us some free popcorn which was a nice gesture - but honestly, I was so disappointed - the loo thing ruined it for me, particularly during an epidemic you need to keep them clean!
