None of the big name djs showed up and therefore the music was nothing like expected and was s**t.

Brightons best modest sized venue. Clean & tidy, great staff quality sound system, my first time there & really impressed.

I am astonished at the bad reviews. Everyone had a huge smile on their face. Yes the toilets weren't great but who gives a truck when the music is so good and the sun is shining.

Review of Brighton Reggae Festival powered by Reggae Roast soundsystem

Such a friendly, happy, party crowd. Huge range of age groups and ethnicities. The DJ's didn't take the safe 101 route either. Anything but. The gentleman who played the last hour conjured music that I have never heard the like before . Reggae Techno anyone? It shouldn't have worked but it burned the place down. Fantastic event. Not to mention £5 a pint.

This was not a festival in any way. It was a sound system in an enclosed area where you were not allowed to go in and out....... A bit like reggae prison! £30 charge was a disgrace and a complete rip off.

Music only outside on the terrace. No proper sound system.  Toilets poor. Expensive tickets.

Had an amazing time,music was top notch and Don letts superb as always ! Fun mix of all ages and food delicious! Bar staff quick and efficient.  Always a great atmosphere at concorde 2
