Cut The Mustard

The duo bring the back to back vibes showcasing the very best of House, Breaks, Disco, and Techno from the past and present. Never serious, it’s all about the party. 

aDDiTaTe has played with some of the respected names in House at clubs as wide-ranging as Garlands, Sankey’s, Egg, Pacha, Café Mambo, Plastik and Eden. Kicking things off back in 1994 buying some decks for just £35 – one Sony and one Technics, using a wheel to change the pitch, complete with a mixer originally from Tandy (inclusive of echo button!). He's no slouch production-wise either with many successful releases that were supported by the likes of Joseph Capriati, Richie Hawtin & Marco Carola.

Slo Hans cut his club promotion teeth during the early 1990s running various nights around the North West inspired by his weekend antics at institutions such as Up Yer Ronson, Love to Be, and Back to Basics. He then hibernated until 2018 before joining forces with aDDiTaTe to put on a series of hush hush parties around Manchester. Whilst he definitely hasn't released any tracks supported by Joseph Capriati, Richie Hawtin & Marco Carola, what he does have is a ridiculous vault of tracks that he dips into for each set.

They have a bi-weekly radio show on Point Blank DAB Radio.  The show is named after the music label aDDiTaTe set up in 2012 with the vision of becoming London’s Independently Global” house & Techno music label, "Cut The Mustard Recordings".
