The security staff were so rude they just send me out of club saying they got some complaint but what was the complaint or who complaint against me were not told. Anyway it was total bulls**t

I had a great festival. Music and atmosphere were spot on. I do have a few fairly minor gripes though. The infrastructure was lacking somewhat. The festival was advertised as Thursday to Sunday. I arrived on Thursday only to find no access to food or bars and, most importantly, no access to running water.  If I pay £150 for a festival ticket, I don't think having access to drinking water is a big ask.
The security were, for the most part, friendly although the amount of times my bag was searched was quite frankly, ridiculous! Something like seven times in one day. 
At one point the security searched my bag and found 2 cans of cider which they informed me I was unable to take into the arena despite the fact that I'd actually bought them in the arena not 20 minutes before.  When I explained this they seemed to understand the absurdity of the situation. 
To summarise, the organisers should focus more on infrastructure (particularly on a day when the festival is supposed to be open) and less on pointless, nonsensical security procedures. Having said all that though, I had great festival and would probably go back.

Great music, lovely people, once the team get to know the venue better I'm sure it'll be even better laid out next year, just seemed like a really big, flat, open space for such an intimate event.. but had a great time
