Review of The Princess Concert

Absolutely disgusting the venue was fith. Paid for VIP tick*ts ended up at the very back and child couldn't see a thing. There was no organisation at all people without VIP tick*ts where sat at the front. Complained to staff about seating and was told nothing can be done. I would advice anyone thinking of booking DONT it's not worth the money

bought vip tick*ts and was told was first 3 rows.
It was first in que to fill the seats so vip didn't really exist.
chairs uncomfortable.
venue was freezing.
toilets filthy.
venue not suitable for kids show such as this.
told meet and greet was at end of show ..Still no sign of princesses after 15 min kids waiting around so we left.
Alot of people unhappy on Sunday afternoon as felt ripped off to pay extra for Golden Curcle VIP area which just didn't exist.

wonderful night  great atmosphere can't wait for the next one.

Review of The XXL Christmas Carol Concert

Firstly I would like to say I purchased tick*ts to go into the ground floor of the venue downstairs so the stage was in full view. When we got there, I was told to go upstairs a flight of stairs on to the balcony with my two kids. It was busy as I had to look for free seating. Then we didn't have the best view. Their was a big silver pole in front of us, which I am not disputing as it is their for the safety of the public. However the view was distorted because of it. When it got to the intermission, I went downstairs to look for some food. As the show started around lunch so I thought we would be able to get a hot snack. To my dimay the only thing on offer was hotdogs and burgers, no halal/vegetarian options. So before the intermission came to an end we decided to depart the venue early. I would like someone to look at why we were told to go to tha balcony as I don't know if I paid extra for the seating on the ground floor or not.

There was a member of staff who deserves recognition we didn't get her name but she is slim build long blonde hair from beginning to end she was so friendly and helpful to myself and mum who has limited mobility. She really did go above and beyond and lovely manners about her too.
