The music was good, but the event was a complete let down, there was a potent smell of BO, which a staff member was trying to mask by discretely spraying antiperspirant. Maybe fifteen people turned up all night, the main headliner never showed up, and they were clearly running at a financial loss so decided to shut it down around 1.00am maybe it was poorly marketed but this event should've probably been cancelled before going ahead due to low number volumes.

It was an amazing closing night and I'm going to miss Avalon a lot!!! Had a great time and saw loads of my friends. So sad to see the first club I ever went into go but it was a banging night, wouldn't change it for the word!

Fantastic event, a cool intimate event space with a good selection at the bar.  KRYPTIC who held the event seemed to have their pulse on proper house music.
There was some warm up DJs and then Grandpa Funk and Mike Johnson both played unreal sets.
