Richmond Fanzone is back for the Euro's going BIGGER & BETTER at Apps Court! 

Join 2000+ England fans and come and support the boys whilst enjoying a festival feel with live DJs & Entertainment. 

ENGLAND FANS ONLY FANPARK 

We are strictly for England fans only, no opposing team shirts or celebrating will be tolerated. You will be removed/not allowed into the venue if you are an opposing fan. There will be no refunds issued if you have already brought a ticket.

Events close at 10:30pm but opening times vary please check individual event

We do not permit re-entry to the event. Once you leave the event, you cannot re-enter.

 

AGE POLICY

This event is 18+ only.

Please bring a valid form of photo ID. 

Accepted forms of ID are passports, driving licenses or proof of age cards bearing the 'PASS' logo.

 

FOOD & DRINK

We have a selection of high-quality food available at Fanzone

Bars can be located next to the main stage & inside of the big top stage.

Inside the VIP area there will be an exclusive bar for VIP members only.

Tap water is available free of charge. We have drinking points around the event site as well as all of the main bars.

 

PROHIBITED ITEMS

There is a strict ZERO tolerance drugs policy (including Nitrous Oxide).

Full searches will be carried out before entry is granted and we reserve the right to refuse admission. No refunds will be issued if admission is refused. 

Searching is a condition of entry. We reserve the right to confiscate any item, which may not be suitable for the event, as well as a danger to others, or the venue. 

Anyone found in possession of illegal substances or contraband goods will be refused admission, ejected from the venue and may also be liable for prosecution. No refunds will be issued. 

Fanzone, reserves the right to refuse admission to the ticket holder if they display inappropriate or aggressive behaviour, or are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. 

You must NOT bring the following into the festival: alcohol, corrosive substances, flares, food or drink. 

 

VENUE POLICY

Please respect the venue/ environment and use the bins provided, don't drop litter. 

When arriving and leaving, please be quiet and respectful. This is a residential area, and we would like to be invited back again.

No animals will be admitted to the festival site, except guide dogs.

No video recorders, professional photographic equipment, or laser pens will be permitted in the festival site.

 

WELFARE

Be kind. Be respectful. Ask for consent. Drink plenty of water. 

If someone looks like they need help, contact a member of staff immediately. 

Abuse will not be tolerated.

Our first aid tent is located near the entrance to the festival.

There will be clear signage in place.

Should you have an emergency, please speak to a member of staff or security.

 

ID & SCANNING

All tickets will be checked and scanned on entry. 

Tickets will be accepted both printed and on phones. Don't worry if the name on your ticket doesn't match the person using it on the day.

Please bring a valid form of photo ID.

REFUNDS

If you can no longer attend the event or are refused entry or removed from the venue for not complying with rules, we cannot offer refunds for your tickets. 

 

PICK UP / DROP OFF

If dropping off by car, please enter the venue and turn immediately to the left into the drop-off area. 

 

TAXI

Easy to use taxi ranks will be available upon exit.

Please make sure to pre-book your taxis via Uber, Bolt or other pre-bookable local taxi firms.

 

CAR

Fanzone offers free parking on the day of the event.

Disabled parking spaces are also offered.

Do NOT drink and drive.  

 

TRAIN

There are many different trains available from London Waterloo to Hampton Court Station and Walton-On-Thames Station.

Trains take between 30-40 minutes.

 

Will there be ATMs?

No. We operate a cashless event.

Is this a cashless event?

Yes, Fanzone is a cashless event. 

Cash will not be accepted on any of our bar or catering units.
