Imagine a building that’s been part of our family’s portfolio for over 20 years. Its old walls hold countless stories – from the days when Pann Alley thrived thanks to the salt industry, to the time when this space was home to a lively pub, the heart of the local community.

When the lease with the previous tenant ended, we started thinking about how to bring new life to this place. Sitting around our family table, we talked, laughed, and dreamed together. That’s how the idea ofThe 3 Storieswas born – a space that would be modern yet deeply respectful of the building’s history and the city it calls home.
