Review of Wigan comic con 2019 nwcc events 

I have previously been to Wigan Comic Con for the past few years, and in comparison this year was rubbish! Few stalls, all crammed in one room, no activities, and definitely not worth the increase in ticket price.

A smaller, but well-run comic con, as always by NWCC events. Good variety of traders with reasonable prices, excellent guests for a smaller con, family-friendly and a nice, friendly atmosphere. What's not to love?

I didn't know how this would compare to larger events but it was really good in terms of merchandise and stalls.

Parking worked out for us as we got there early, but having the event on the same day as wigans first home game probably caused some challenges for those traveling and parking later.

I'd go back, definitely.

Great event and well organised my son really enjoyed himself 

Everything advertised was featured at the event. Great atmosphere. Sadly one guest was cancelled this was unavoidable and was advertised in advance. 

Review of Southport comic con 2019 nwcc events 

Liked the overall environment . Lots of varied stalls and the cosplay competition 

I had to pay £20 to get myself and my two kids into this event. The famous faces who had been billed didn't seem to be there. The fans made a good effort with their costumes, but there was little to do once we were in the convention. All that was there was a load of market stalls selling tat and a few antique arcade machines. The kids got bored and we left after two hours. My advice to the organisers would be to book some actors from some cult shows and get them to speak on stage. You could also invite in gaming companies. This event could have been so much better had it been properly organised.

Always a great comic con. 
Lovely guests that you can really interact with out feeling rushed. 
Well organised.
Nice mix of stalls

This year we have new, bigger venues, more stalls, more celebrity guest, better diversity and we plan on creating an even better atmosphere than 2015. There are steps in place to reduce queuing times, there?s free parking, onsite catering and fantastic value ticket prices, come along join in the fun and bring the family this event is suitable for all ages.
