Where: Daresbury, Cheshire
The worlds leading electronic music festival is back in 2022 to celebrate its massive 25th anniversary, one that promises to be the biggest yet. Whether you're after world-renowned artists like David Guetta and Tïesto, you fancy a two-step to techno wizards like Carl Cox and Adam Beyer, or you just want a skank to Andy C and Chase and Status, the Cheshire dance paradise has it all and more. Demand is expected to be high though, so get your tickets and don't miss out!

Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival
When: Thursday 28th - Sunday 31st July 2022
Where: Belladrum Estate, Inverness
Fixed firmly in a breath-taking highland estate, amidst terraced Italian gardens and rolling Scottish hills is Belladrum Tartan Heart. Featuring huge global pop names like Nile Rodgers & Chic, Van Morrison, and Emeli Sande, as well as a special appearance from Eurovision spaceman Sam Ryder, this hidden gem of a summer festival, is turning heads and amassing a fervent following.
Alongside the fabulous line-up, you can expect Cabaret, cinemas, street theatre and children's entertainment and a whole bagpipe full of fun for everyone in the family.

Where: Depot (Mayfield), Manchester
Kicking off Manchester's illustrious Warehouse Project season comes Repercussion. In its sophomore year, the event features a huge one day and night party across 7 unique stages at the famous Depot Mayfield. This years edition sees Boiler Room takeover both floors of the Star and Garter, as well as the return of Repercussion Records in Escape To Freight Island's Plant Room. With acts like Jamie XX, Little Simz, Fred again..., and Goldie gracing the stages, its going to prove one hell of a return to the Warehouse dancefloors.

Where: Campbell Park, Milton Keyes
Spice up your summer and get down to the riddim at this year's Reggae Land, the biggest musical celebration of all things Reggae. You can indulge in the Caribbean spice at the food village, scour for trinkets at the Reggae Flea market, or even get your party on and groove at the Carnival Float stage along with dancers and a live authentic steel pan band!
If you're in love with the culture then this place is for you. But, it's the finely crafted lineup that gives Reggae Land its true pull, from the classic reggae beats of Julian Marley, Eek-a-Mouse, to the Boombastic Shaggy (wait was it him?), As well as a high calibre mix of dancehall and dub, get your tickets before they go up in smoke.

Where: Brighton Beach
Brighton's biggest beachfront bonanza comes back for its 20th anniversary with a brand new addition to their 2022 festival series; Fatboy Slim’s Big Beach Boutique. Inspiring memories of the hallowed night on the beach - with Britain's biggest ever free party - where the praise you star shifted the landscape of the UK live scene, the two nights promise to be a goose bump-filled celebration of all things Slim.
Whilst Friday has sold out, tickets are still available for Thursday. The two nights are set to be some of the most memorable of the summer, and what better time to buy tickets than right here, right now.

Where: North Lakes Country Park, Silloth, Cumbria
Springing up annually like a wild flower in the Cumbrian meadows, Solfest is back for the latest evolution of one of the UK's most loved independent festivals. Run by a dedicated team and reinforced by an army of volunteers, the festival continuously holds true to its anti-corporate roots. Whether it's the usual advertisement boards being filled with independent art and décor, a creative kids area, or the chance to participate in shamanic rituals, the festival has it all, whether you're a punk or a raver, a granny or a toddler.
With a hand-picked roster of diverse and decade-defying acts: Orbital, Pendulum, Seasick Steve, The Zutons, and The Sugarhill Gang to name a few, there really is something for everyone.

Where: Herrington Country Park, Sunderland
Get your Dad off the couch and head down to Kubix Alternative this July, for Sunderland's own Dad rock extravaganza. Featuring the likes of Shed Seven, UB40, Happy Mondays, Ash, and Stiff Little Fingers why not come down and sing your heart out? It seems you'll never be thirsty either, with a wide range of draughts, and a number of real ales.
After a highly successful 2021, with The Levellers and The Futureheads playing, the summer event has now by popular demand been extended to two days, and any fan of the generation of rock/indie gone by will find this place a worthy home.

Where: Apps Court Farm, Walton-on-Thames
Pop on some flares, get the funky shirt out, and start learning all the moves from Saturday Night Fever, as Boogietown is back baby! The Surrey-based day of funk, soul and disco grooving is returning to the picturesque Southern site, for a day that promises to get your hips moving.
Will you survive the dance-offs to Disco Queen Gloria Gaynor, boogie with your family to Sister Sledge, or even let Soul II Soul bring you back to life, whatever the vibe Boogietown guarantees to get you up and dancing. Hurry as tickets are low!

Where: Dunstall Park, West Midlands
MADE Festival was one of the few festivals to go through last summer, and this year will be no exception. Originating from inner-city Birmingham, the celebration of the burgeoning West Midlands creative scene this year finds itself home in impressive Dunstall Park in Wolverhampton.
Coming live and direct to the headline slot is UK hip-hop icon AJ Tracey, alongside a plethora of dance icons. Skank masters Andy C and Shy FX headline the two smaller stages respectfully, and special guests Bad Boy Chiller Crew will also take over the main stage.
The summer event is bordering on cult status in the region, and won't be one to miss.

When: Saturday 16th - Sunday 17th July 2022
Where: Torre Abbey, Torquay
Electric Bay is a brand new music weekender situated on Torquay's historic Seafront. This dedicated open-air dance summer event will bring a totally new vibe to the area and features world-renowned DJs from techno god Carl Cox to rolling ravers Chase and Status the whole coastline will be bouncing.
Not only will two steps be plenty, but so will stunning coastal views. The festival is situated on the historic Torre Abbey, a UNESCO global key site, and features open green meadows with sweeping views of the bay and its famous beaches.
