100th Monkey's New Year's Eve All Nighter

Liverpool based drum&bass collective 100th Monkey prepare to pull an all nighter on New Year's Eve, complete with a bulging line up of bass aficionados descending on The Zanzibar for a no nonsense end of year rave up.

Kicking off at 10pm and running all the way through to 8am the next morning, 100th Monkey's ten hour end of year blowout will be helmed by one of the longest serving drum&bass double teams out there - Total Science.

Heavily involved in the scene since the beginning of the nineties, Total Science have gone on to release incendiary cuts on imprints like Good Lookin', Metalheadz, Shogun Audio and their own C.I.A label. Their sound veers between jazz flavoured, liquid soul and aggressive, dark drum&bass. Expect a real journey when these two get stuck in, as heard in their recent Dispatch Records mix below.

Relatively newer in the scene, Brazilian beatsmith BTK joins the NYE celebrations too, with Vanguard Records owner Terminal State throwing some dark jungle vibes into the mix.
